-Batch Manager Module: Manage batches of documents, see what stage they currently
are at.
-Scan Module: Scan up to 9,999 Pages per Batch. Unlimited scanning on each scanning
Station.
-QC Module: QC pages, rotate, replace, add pages, rearrange order of pages, combine
& split documents, delete pages. QC Thumbnail mode allows you to QC many pages
at a glance.
-Barcode and OCR Zoning Module: Use barcode and OCR to index documents.
-Index Module: Index Documents based on index fields defined by user. Use database
to do lookups to reduce indexing and data consistency.
-Index QC Module: Check your indexing to insure all docs have been index. Make large
correction by multiple selecting and applying a new value to documents.
-Export Module: Export documents to Document management systems, such as Dokmee,
Docuware, Alchemy, LibertyIMS, and more. Export in different formats such as Tiff
and PDF. Use values from indexing to name documents and create folder structure.
-OCR Full Text Export: allows you to OCR documents and export it with the
full text for indexing in EDMS.
-Reporting Module: Keep track of volume and time per user, per batch, per document
class to find out employees performances and costs. It even calculates profit
and loss on each Job by entering the price per page.
-New Administration GUI.
